Test station
This test station is used for the testing or examining of small hydraulic assemblies in the form of a lifespan test or for testing series devices. The test specimen (with pump and electric drive) is also attached to the test cylinder and, once all connections are oil-sealed, testing can begin.
Several measurement variables such as pressure and temperature in the test cylinder, as well as the current, voltage and temperature of the drive motor are constantly measured and graphically displayed.
This gives a very accurate image of the loading process during a test cycle. Additional time exposures (of temperature and peak pressure) provide information on the reliability of all components involved, such as seals, valves, pistons, etc. under actual conditions, indicating possible weak points in the hydraulic or drive area of the assembly.
