Ring press

For pressing metal rings into injection mouldings

The ring press has the function of pressing metal rings into the clips of injection mouldings. The rings are conveyed from a vibration bowl, distributed between different flows and supplied to the four pressing stations.

Intelligent sensors supervise the stream of rings and automatically trigger the pressing process following the introduction of the injection mouldings. The workflow is thus substantially accelerated and at the same time checked for quality issues.
