Optical Inspection Unit
The optical inspection "OIU-25" is used to accept parts from a robot and to check them for surface scratches, to mark them with the aid of a laser and then to hand them over to a palletizer.
The individual components of the Machine such as "RZ modules", laser markers and cross-checking (code verification) can be switched on and off individually. The OIU is operated by means of a control panel operated and parameterized by Proface.
The control panel (HMI) also provides a detailed view of the current system status.
