Box dispenser
For filling and stacking transport boxes
Empty boxes are taken from a stack of empties and brought to the filling area, where they are filled with an adjustable number of parts via a conveyor. The filled boxes are then stacked one on top of the other in the downstream stacking area. The stack is next conveyed to the unloading area, where it can be lifted using a pallet truck. A programmable control system supervises the entire filling and stacking process to ensure safe, flexible workflow and the smooth operation of the system.
